“Staff were courteous, helpful and facility was clean, located to near shopping as well as fit my needs for communicating with individuals of my primary purpose for being in Omaha. ”

“The manager took care of me. He made an exception for me after hearing my situation, won’t say what, but it was much appreciated. I made sure to alert them of a lightbulb that went out and the sink was draining slow, they appreciated it and I’m sure maintenance was on it I watched them run to fix an issue in another unit (nothing major but they treated it immediately) everyone working there was polite, friendly and professional.”

“It was very clean with breakfast served for a longer time compared to other hotels. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool had plenty of space around it so kids can walk safely. ”

“We felt like either the food option should be cheaper, have limited but free options, or have an option where you can trade in water park wrist bands could be traded in for a free breakfast. At a hotel in Spokane, we were able to get free breakfast at a restaurant next door but they only offered limited options on what was free and a discount on the other options. When I booked the hotels, I always toggled the filter for free breakfast, so I’m not sure how this hotel got placed under that...
